The city has been busy moving the hydro poles on the street where the school is located. Last Sonday, I couldn't get into the the main gate due to the busy activity. Watching the workers is always an interesting activity. After the poles were replaced my cable TV did not work for days until the cable company repaired the damaged wire.

The pre-k and k classes did a musical this past Wednesday in the chapel - Riki Tiki Tembo. It was well received and delighted the parents and students alike. The kids did well in the production of the muscial.

We have started a traditon. The senior boys had a soceer game against the national workers and their sons. It was a close game and as usual - very competitive - soccer is king in Haiti. It is do or die :-) The last few minutes were played in the rain. The rains have come again. The Lord is good.

The students received their yearbook on Friday - that is - if they owned no library fees or lunch fees. It is interetsing to see all the kids so excited about the year book, sharing, wanting autographs, seeing their picture. Neat to see!
