A demonstration of setting up a tent to be donated to a community - a tent city while the homes are being reconstructed. It will give relief especially when the rains come.

Progress is being made in the 'pharmacy' tent. Mary finally received shelving from the HS library and also AC. The army donated the use of three tents - two of which are used for medical supplies. We purchased the baskets to help with the organization - speed up the process of getting orders ready rather than digging through the boxes each time.

The Director playing ping pong with one of the students in our 'cafeteria' area. A great diversion.

These are water filtration systems that were set up at school but since have been moved so that they are out of the elements. The school does have a well and that water is once again filtered by these life time sand filters, or the school's filtration which broke just before the quake and a portable filtration system. With so many people on the campus, we need a back up plan to have clean safe water at all times.

Be sure to check out the school's web site for the latest information at quisqueya.org
