This past Saturday we spent the day with the Hopp family who hosted Canadian Thanksgiving at their place. We arrived at the resort next to their place, and spent the morning together poolside (This was free since the resort owns their house.) In the early afternoon we all gathered in their home. Happy Thanksgiving to each and every one. May our thanksgiving be a life of thanksliving each and every day.

All these are Canadians eh. Including the children there were about 35 celebrating God's good gifts here in Haiti. Each family was asked to bring something and the turkeys were delicious with that cranberry sauce. Who would have thought that there would be so many of us here in Haiti and most from Ontario? This is now an annual tradition - year two this year :-)
We were serenaded at the pool side. They were good, but do not ask me to tell you what they sang for I didn't understand a word of it.

Picture perfect to the end of a beautiful relaxing weekend celebrating God's faithfullness with His people. We continue our task working in His Sonshine every day.
