Mary and I met various family members as we together celebrated my sister's 60th birthday. This is the view of the Muskegon River from their home. We too floated lazily down the river one afternoon enjoying God's creation and each other's fellowship during the four hour 'float' down the meandering river. Oh the lazy, hazy days of summer:-)

Leaving the Newago area, we experienced a minor problem with the Roo - our motor home. The rad blew its top. Mary stayed behind at my sister's place and I went onto the CSI convention site in Harbor Springs. Mary and Roo joined me two days later. It was a good convention and the 'camping it smoothly' in the KOA was terrific.

This building was part of the grounds where the CSI convention took place. The golfers certainly enjoyed this scenic location. Driving from the campsite to the convention site took only 15 minutes, but seeing the deer in the morning crossing the parkway was a great way to start the day.
