This was spirit week at QCS. The students could dress each day on the theme for the day or wear the school uniform. The week ended with a basketball against Union, a school also located in Port-au-Prince, ending an exciting week.
This is the school getting ready for a pep rally during the last period of the day. Great encouragers they were at the rally and during the game after school.
Each Wednesday morning, during the first period, the Middle School and High School meet for chapel. All the other class periods are cut by five minutes, so there are no classes cut :-( These students select the songs we sing and lead the singing. It is spirited singing followed with a story telling message by the HS Bible teacher, Steve Galloway, who is also in charge of the chapel services each week. The elementary school meets for chapel on Thursday mornings.
